I always dreaming about Seoul, I really love to go to Seoul someday. Maybe because their fantastic city or their beautiful scenery or their cuisine, like bulgogi and kimchi. I think Seoul has the perfect combination between old and modern city. Their palaces are absolutely stunning, it maintained very well. My favorite spot is the Hangang river that devide the city into two parts, the northern part (Gangbuk) and the southern part (Gangnam), this river is very clean and most beautiful in the evening when all the lights are on. Seoul is modern city with rapid growing industries but they still keep their river clean that's very special I think. For honeymooners, if you decide to have a visit in Seoul this April, you will experience the romantic scent of the cherry blossoms that so stunning.
Just mention, where do you like to spend your day during the cherry blossoms season. I call it cherry blossom season because you can always see the cherry blossom everywhere. Like the parks, palaces, mountains , and lakes. So romantic, peaceful, and gorgeous. The beautiful pink petals are everywhere like Sakura flower in Japan and maybe in Washington DC :)
I suggest, take your bride to have a little walk in a three-lined roads on Mount Namsan, it is really romantic when all the clusters of cherry blossom bloom. For family, to have a nice picnic in Yeouido riverside is a must. You have to go early, because so many people have the same idea, you won't miss the best spot, right?! Don't forget the Children's Grandpark too.
If you love the ancient Korea, you won't miss the opportunity to go to Changgyeonggung Palace and Gyeongbokgung Palace.
Gyeongbokgung Palace, Once the main palace during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910), its cultural significance is ever present and during cherry blossom season, the ornate and spacious grounds are abuzz with visitors. Stunning shots can be taken in front of the main throne hall, the pond-bordered banquet pavilion, and the small hills and valleys surrounding the National Folk Museum. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a double dose of culture and exquisite beauty. Getting there: Gyeongbokgung Station (Line 3, Exit 5), or from Gwanghwamun Station (Line 5, Exit 2), walk 7 minutes. To reach the palace entrance from Gwanghamun Station, turn right at the big T-intersection in front of the main gate (currently under reconstruction), and take the pedestrian underpass on the next corner (about 70 meters). Getting into those palaces will remind you about the classic Korean Drama - Jewel In The Palace- Romantic and fabulous.
Still, if you have enough time, you have to visit the lakes and the Korean forest. What are you waiting for ? Spring is coming..Happy honeymoon.

Changgyeonggung palace is especially visit-worthy during spring when flanked by
cherry blossoms. Sadly, this could be the last year to behold such breathtaking beauty as there are plans to replace the trees. Don’t miss the chance to take pictures of one of Korea’s most scenic palaces when it is decorated with dazzling pink cherry blossoms. To get there you may take line 4 to Haehwa station. From Exit 4, walk through the grounds of Seoul National University Hospital. The palace is open from 9 am to 6 pm weekdays (closed Tuesdays), 9 am to 5 pm weekends and holidays.
